About ELORA DIGITAL: a Melbourne software studio
ELORA DIGITAL is a software studio in Box Hill North, Melbourne, founded in October 2026 by two people. We build custom web apps, client portals, mobile apps, MVPs and business websites for Australian small businesses and founders, and we look after them after launch.
Why we started it
Small businesses and founders usually get two choices: an agency with a big team and a bigger price, or a freelancer who may not be around next month. We started ELORA DIGITAL to be the third option: a two-founder studio that scopes the work in writing, fixes the price before anything is built, and stays on after launch.
We are small on purpose. There are no account managers and no handoffs to juniors. The founders you talk to on the first call stay with your project to the end, and your software is built by a senior developer, our co-founder Anis.
How we are different
Small
Two founders and no layers. You deal directly with the founders, and nothing is handed to someone you have never met.
Senior
A senior developer on every project. Our co-founder Anis has designed and built products end to end, from the database to the live site.
Transparent
A written scope and a fixed price before we start, two-week sprints you review, and a client portal that shows progress, files, messages and invoices in one place.

Anis Setoodeh
Co-founder, full-stack developer
Anis is a full-stack developer who works across Next.js, Vue, ASP.NET Core and React Native. Before ELORA DIGITAL he built and shipped Reckonly, Scentena and Near Space, and he studied a double degree in Computer Science and Game Development at Swinburne.

Before the studio opened, our co-founder Anis built and shipped three products. They are the clearest evidence of how we work: real software, designed and built end to end by the founder who will build yours.
Near Space
A peer-to-peer space-rental marketplace
An Australian storage and parking marketplace. Hosts list spare space, renters search by location and map, and both sides connect through messaging and booking requests.
Reckonly
Receipt OCR for sole traders
Receipts in, BAS out. Sole traders photograph or email their receipts, AI reads the vendor, ABN, GST and total, the user checks it, and the receipt lands as a draft in Xero, MYOB or Zoho Books, with a quarterly BAS summary.
Scentena
AI-assisted perfume formulation
An IFRA-aware AI perfume formula generator for hobbyists, students and indie perfumers. The AI drafts a formula from a plain-English brief, then a deterministic engine enforces the IFRA limits and balances it to 100 percent.
